 Principal Members are employed by an Organization whose primary business is development, ownership and management of/or investment in industrial, office, mixed-use or related commercial  real estate.

Principal Full Member: $840/yr (first person in company to join)
Principal Affiliate Member: $365/yr(second or third person in company to join) 

 Associate Members are employed by an Organization that provides products or services in the industrial, office, mixed-use or related commercial real estate firm who belong to the same chapter.  

Organizations such as Accountant, Architect, Attorney, Communications, Consultant, Contractor, Economic Development, Engineer, Environmental, Financier, Insurance, Interior Design, Land Planner, Landscaper, Property Manager, Publisher, Service Provider, Supplier, Telecomm, Title Company, & Utility

  Associate Full Member: $840/yr(first person in company to join)
Associate Affiliate Member: $365/yr(second or third person in company to join)  

Developing Leader Member: $315/yr

(must be 35yrs or younger)

Student Member: $44/yr

(any full-time student, not employed FT)

Public Official Member: $315/yr

(any individual employed by a local, state or federal government or non-profit)
